The Project
We’ve worked with Kontron before and continued our successful collaboration by updating its existing exhibition stand for this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona.
The four-day show, which took place at the Fira Gran Via Conference Centre in March, is the largest and most influential event in the mobile communications industry’s calendar, featuring insights from big names and emerging voices across the sector.
Kontron tasked us with refreshing its modular exhibition stand with a new design that would highlight its latest product innovations and brand message among the event’s international audience.
The Solution
Using Kontron’s stand from the 2023 MWC event as a starting point, we updated the design to reflect its latest product offering. We also reconfigured the layout, using BeMatrix and LEDskin® components.
The new-look stand featured the same custom-installed lamppost used previously. It stood in front of a large 4m x 1m LED tower display playing video content we created, which showed how Kontron’s products can be utilised in different environments.
We also created a branded side wall with three LED screens, which allowed Kontron’s team to plug in their laptops to deliver interactive digital presentations to visitors. A private meeting and storage room sat behind the main space.
The stand featured a minimalist design in Kontron’s distinctive blue and white colourways, promoting its ‘Conquer harsh environments’ brand messaging.
The Impact
Our stand created a striking presence for Kontron during the busy exhibition, significantly increasing visitor engagement compared to previous years.
The custom lamppost installation drew attention from across the hall, while the LED tower brought Kontron’s technology to life with vivid visuals showing visitors how its products can stand up to a host of harsh industrial conditions, including extreme weather, heat, wind and dust.
The demonstration zone became a hub of activity throughout the event, while the stand’s cohesive design and layout helped strengthen Kontron’s brand recognition and create an inviting space for meaningful discussions and networking.
