VitrA at InstallerSHOW
The Client
VitrA is a global bathroom and sanitaryware products manufacturer. Founded in Turkey in 1942, it’s become one of Europe’s largest producers of bathroom products. It produces over 5.6 million pieces of sanitaryware annually, along with complementary bathroom furniture, baths, brassware and accessories.
VitrA UK is based in Oxfordshire and has supplied the UK bathroom market for over 25 years. It works with globally renowned designers such as Tom Dixon, Sebastian Conran and Ross Lovegrove to create a ground-breaking, inclusive portfolio of award-winning products to suit a wide range of consumer tastes.
The Project
We’ve worked with VitrA before.
Following the success of our previous collaborations at London Design Week and HIX, it tasked us with creating a design-led stand for its debut at InstallerSHOW 2023.
Over three days, the event saw more than 15,000 attend at the Birmingham NEC, including installers from the heating, plumbing, renewables and electrical sectors, business owners, contractors, decision makers and net zero drivers from across the UK and beyond.
It brought the industry together to exchange knowledge, explore innovative products and forge invaluable connections.
It was VitrA’s first time exhibiting at InstallerSHOW, and it wanted a partner it could trust to help it make an impact and convey its brand message to those attending.
The Solution
VitrA had a huge stand space at the event and wanted to ensure it stood out from the crowd.
We created a bespoke stand with interactive elements to attract delegates and keep them engaged once they were on the stand.
The space was open on two sides. It had custom-branded back and side walls featuring brand messaging, tiered seating and hidden storage, integrated product displays from its ‘behind the wall’ range, and an LED screen playing video content.
A branded partition wall divided the space into two parts, with further product displays on one side and a basketball game – using one of VitrA’s toilet seats as the hoop – on the other.
Visitors who scored a basket won the chance to have a go at a ‘crack the code’ game to win a luxury Ooni pizza oven.
We also created a branded display plinth with the prize chained to it with a combination lock.
We fabricated, fitted and finished the bulk of the stand’s elements in our workshop, and it was assembled on-site by a two-person installation team.
The Impact
The stand’s stunning design – in VitrA’s distinctive monochrome brand colourways – and interactive features ensured that delegates didn’t just pass by; they stopped, engaged and remembered. The added LED screen amplified its brand message.
The unique combination of entertainment and brand promotion truly resonated with attendees.
This stand wasn’t just a product display. It was an experience, ensuring VitrA left a lasting impression, making its first time at InstallerSHOW a huge success, so much so that it’s booked again for next year, while the bespoke stand is in storage, ready for use at future events.
Testimonial
“We can’t express enough how thrilled we were with our exhibition stand for our debut appearance at InstallerSHOW. As always, working with Exhibit Interactive was a seamless experience from start to finish. Their team took our vision and transformed it into a captivating and interactive space that not only attracted attendees but deeply engaged them.
“Their innovative approach to incorporating our ‘behind the wall’ range and the way they executed our basketball hoop game idea were inspired. Exhibit Interactive’s professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail were all on point, and their dedication amplified our success at the event. It’s a partnership we highly value and look forward to continuing.”
