at Housing 2023
The Client
Travis Perkins Managed Services (TPMS) is a leading UK supply chain and procurement solutions provider to the repairs and maintenance sector. It delivers efficiency through quality at an affordable price.
Established in 2004, TPMS was created to support the renewal and regeneration of the UK’s social housing stock. It quickly became the largest specialist team dedicated to the repairs and maintenance industry. With the right resources and experience in place, it has developed its offer to meet the needs and priorities of landlords across the nation, with partnerships in social housing, facilities management and defence.
The Project
TPMS tasked us with creating an interactive exhibition stand and a separate branded meeting space to help it maximise its presence at Housing 2023, Europe’s largest housing festival and annual conference.
The event, organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing, took place over two days at Manchester Central. It brought together local authorities, housing associations, housebuilders and developers, key partners and suppliers, Government departments and industry delegates to network, share knowledge and work together to drive the sector forward.
TPMS wanted a visually-stunning exhibition space to showcase its brand and services – and promote its sister brand, Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery – to trade delegates, along with a private meeting space for its sales team to consult with clients and partners at the event.
The Solution
For the bespoke exhibition space, we created a huge graphic feature wall with an integrated 3x2m LED video screen playing brand content to draw visitors in.
It had a floating central island with two touchscreens, one for TPMS and one for Benchmarx, featuring a pairs game and interactive video content. It also had a pre-built kitchen display at one end, covered by bespoke illuminated fins in TPMS corporate yellow colourways, along with a lockable storage area.
The meeting room, in another part of the exhibition complex, was branded in the same monochrome colours as the exhibition stand. It also featured illuminated slatted wall fins to ensure further consistency. It had branded interior walls and bespoke furniture, USB points for charging laptops and connecting them to an LED screen for presentations, and coded locks to ensure privacy and security when not in use.
The Impact
Our interactive exhibition stand and meeting space significantly enhanced TPMS’s presence at Housing 2023, captivating delegates from every corner of the exhibition hall.
By blending vibrant aesthetics, interactive features and potent brand messaging, the stand left a memorable impression and sparked attendee interest in TPMS’s services.
