Reusable bespoke exhibition stand for Stiebel Eltron

Stiebel Eltron UK is a global leader in renewable heating and hot water technologies. It’s a subsidiary of the German-based Stiebel Eltron Group, which has 100 years’ experience in manufacturing and supplying sustainable domestic and commercial heating solutions.
In the UK, Stiebel Eltron has established itself as a trusted provider of innovative, energy-efficient products that help reduce carbon emissions and energy costs. Its range includes air-source and ground-source heat pumps, solar thermal systems and electric water heaters.
The company is committed to supporting the UK’s transition to low-carbon heating, supporting installers, homeowners, businesses and industry professionals with tailored renewable energy systems.
The Project
InstallerSHOW is the UK’s premier event for professionals in the heating, water, air and energy sectors. Held annually at the NEC in Birmingham, the exhibition brings together over 20,000 installers, specifiers and decision-makers from across the industry.
With more than 600 exhibitors showcasing their latest products and innovations, the show offers unparalleled opportunities for networking, learning and business growth.
The event’s focus on emerging trends and sustainable solutions makes it an essential date in the calendar for anyone looking to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving world of installation and energy efficiency.
We were tasked with creating a reusable bespoke stand for Stiebel Eltron for this year’s event, which it will reuse at CEF Live and InstallerSHOW in 2025.
The Solution
We created a huge open stand space and branded overhead gantry in Stieber Eltron’s distinctive linear branding and monochrome colourways. It featured branded product display zones in the main visible corners. The stand space included one of the venue’s roof-supporting pillars, so we built bespoke printed graphic walls around the column. One side featured a tiled LED wall playing corporate brand video, while the other three sides featured integrated product displays.
To add a splash of colour to the stand, we built an interactive red touchscreen table with seating and high-end graphic panels, for the client’s on-stand team to deliver product demonstrations.
We also created an interactive ‘crack the code’ game with a branded totem and digital screen to mark the client’s 100th anniversary. The game invited visitors to explore the stand for clues, for the chance to win one of its premium water boiler kitchen taps.
As with all bespoke exhibition stand projects, we took care of all the transport and on-site logistics on behalf of the client. We took delivery of its products ahead of the event, transported them to site and installed them on the stand. After the event, we packed them up and took them back to our workshop for the client to collect.
The Impact
Our bespoke stand enabled Stiebel Eltron to make a significant impact in a crowded exhibition space. The open design and distinctive branding ensured high visibility, drawing attendees to explore the various product zones. The interactive elements encouraged engagement and extended visitor dwell time.
The stand’s versatile layout facilitated product demonstrations and networking, allowing the client to showcase its sustainable heating solutions to a targeted audience of industry professionals.
