Hotel Leadership Conference
The Client
Entegra is one of the world’s leading business performance and procurement services providers. Established by Sodexo in 1999, it helps businesses with food facilities to buy more efficiently.
Today, Entegra is the largest food group purchasing organisation in the world, with bold initiatives, creative solutions and a driven advisory team ready to partner with hospitality businesses to propel them forward.
It delivers industry-specific cost-saving solutions, digital tools, advisory services and corporate social responsibility initiatives to help clients improve customer experiences and achieve their goals.
The Project
Entegra sought an events partner to design and create a sustainable cardboard exhibition stand to showcase its brand and services to industry professionals at the Hotel Leadership Conference 2024.
The event, at London’s Park Plaza Riverbank hotel, was created, managed and hosted by The Master Innholders, the standard bearer for the hotel industry.
Its two-day agenda, which featured a trade expo, keynote speaker programme and gala dinner, aimed to provide education and personal development opportunities, facilitate networking, discussions and learning among the hotel profession, and promote the latest best practices to the industry.
Entegra plans to reuse the stand at several other industry events throughout 2024.
The Solution
Our brief was to create a visually appealing cardboard exhibition stand to help Entegra showcase its brand and sustainability message to event delegates.
We used interlocking, custom-printed cardboard blocks to form the backdrop of the stand, featuring brand messaging, graphics and colourways. Once bolted together, they created a solid, free-standing wall strong enough to hold an integrated LED screen playing corporate video.
Bespoke lighting highlights the main features of the stand, with all the electrics hidden in the cardboard blocks. A free-standing cardboard tree structure with printed inserts on the branches, highlights some of the key business benefits of working with Entegra.
The whole stand is easy to assemble for quick on-site installation and takedown. It’s also easy to transport and store, ready for subsequent use. As with all the events we work on, we took care of all the transport and logistics on behalf of the client, so all its team needed to do was turn up on the day and enjoy a stress-free event.

The stand made a striking impression at the event.
Its sustainable design and construction showcased Entegra’s commitment to CSR while also turning heads among delegates.
The stand became a hub for engaging conversations and enquiries, highlighting Entegra’s expertise in the hospitality industry.
It resonated with the event’s environmentally-conscious attendees, reinforcing Entegra’s dedication to sustainable business practices.
