Working in partnership with full service marketing agency Factor 3 we delivered an interactive space that focused around explaining how the product works.
The brief was to feature their Q-Bic Plus product which is an accessible, inspectable and cleanable attenuation tank which helps prevent flooding to large surface areas like car parks. So we positioned an all electric Smart car on top of the product to put it in context.
Although the venue rigging fees are considerably higher at Excel, using a suspended banner is a great way to create a theatre of light and high level branding. A huge LED wall allowed water movement content to give a dramatic backdrop.
We used Virtual Reality (VR) to allow visitors to go underground and experience how the product works. A secondary screen allowed visitors to see the headset footage.
We also used the product to create a unique seating area. This saves on hiring furniture and also adds a bit of fun.
We included a 46″ touch screen which gave visitors the ability to discover more about Wavin and explore their extensive product range.
Even on this 90sqm space we managed to avoid a raised floor by positioning the LED wall over the venue service duct. It makes for a better visitor experience and also is more cost effective.
